Southern House Plans

Several styles dominate the South. One style is casual with dormers, symmetrical windows and a covered front porch. This style combines elements from many different American home styles. Another predominant Southern house style is the Southern Plantation style home which is a grand home with opulent features, grand entries and staircases. The focal point of this home is the front porch with a beautiful balcony above.
