HDA Estimating software is designed for both residential construction estimating software and commercial construction projects and can be used by either a consumer building their dream home or a professional builder. The software offers an extensive master database with material pricing you can enter into your home building estimate. You can edit the items in your estimate independently of the master database to customize it to meet your needs. It also provides a helpful Sub-Bids screen to allow you to keep track of all of your sub-contractors information.

HDA material lists are created using HDA Estimating Software and can be imported into the database for quick and easy modifications. HDA Estimating Software is separate home construction estimating software that works in conjunction with HDA's Signature Series material lists. HDA Estimating is a friendly alternative to Excel spreadsheets generating a variety of reports to aid in project planning and construction.

HDA Estimating is designed to be a flexible estimating tool for Residential Builders and Commercial General Contractors determining a home estimate or a project cost estimate. HDA Estimating includes an extensive ready to use Master Database (MD) of construction items to create an estimate for your residential construction project. Creating an estimate is as easy as selecting the required items from the Master Database and adding them to an Estimate Database. The Master Database can be modified as needed by the estimator so that the information is ready to use with each new estimate. New items can be created as they are required and added to the Master Database or used only in the current home estimate.
